Her story, her philosophy
A top name in Singapore's Indian bridal industry
Agnes Sobha started her journey as a makeup artist in May 2002, working part time alongside a separate full time career. What began as a part time passion project gradually evolved into a full fledged career. Since 2017, she has worked as a full time freelance makeup artist, providing professional makeup services for a wide range of clients and occasions, including weddings, events, photoshoots and personal consultations.
Her work is driven by a strong commitment to enhancing natural beauty and helping every client feel confident and radiant. She runs her bridal styling business under the widely known handle @shobabridals, also listed as Agnes Shoba on some platforms.
Today, Agnes focuses mainly on bridal makeup and image styling. She specialises in traditional South Indian weddings, and also welcomes brides of every race and background.

There's nothing Agnes loves more than dolling up a bride on her big day.
Every bride who sits in her chair gets her full heart, not just her hands. Agnes takes the time to understand what makes each bride feel most like herself, and works out what will genuinely look and feel best for her, rather than a one size fits all formula. Whatever it takes to get it right, she puts in the upmost effort, because a bride only gets one wedding day and it deserves nothing less than her best.
